Aloe vera juice really does work. I have been diagnosed with IBS and arthritis. I no longer have a need for antacids or pain medication. As an added benefit the juice cleared up my adult acne. If you don’t know where to find it, try the bottom shelf on the antacid isle at walmart, berry flavored is the best.
