    Very interesting - however there is no mention of dosages- I am a 64 yr old male with cronic neck/shoulder(post operative) and lower back pain . I have alos been diagnosed with Platers something or other in both feet.
    Do you have any recommended amounts to take as the pain is strong and very debilitating ?

    Hi Brian,

    I am definately not a dr., but I believe the foot pain you might be referring to is Plantar Fascitis.
    It is when the ligaments in the bottom of your foot
    basically need stretched. I had it. What helped me is going to the foot dr and getting orthotics. It helped realign my knees and back. It helped a lot!
